Fees and Cancellation Policy

One-to-one and couples sessions are available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Fees

The one-to-one appointment 50-minute session fee is $115

The couple’s appointment 50-minute fee is $115

The next closed group runs from 18th February 2026 to 6th June 2026, on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

There is a weekly rate: $40.25 incl. GST

Four weekly: $138 incl. GST every four sessions.

Early bird rate, payable before 30th January 2026 for all 16 sessions: $546.25 incl. GST.

Payment

I accept payment via online bank deposit: following each appointment or as an end-of-month invoice, by prior arrangement.

Cancellation Policy

Once we come to an agreement about a regular time to meet each week (or more than once a week, as required), I make a commitment to keeping this time available to meet with you.

With this in mind, while I understand that things crop up from time to time meaning you may not be able to attend an appointment, my standard practice is to bill for missed appointments, with less than 24 hours’ notice.

With sufficient notice, I will always endeavour to reschedule to a different time that week, however, this is not always possible.

I do not offer emergency/acute assistance. If you are in urgent need of assistance in the greater Wellington region, the Greater Wellington Mental Health and Addiction Service is the mental health triage service. Greater Wellington Mental Health and Addiction Service is available 24 hours a day to assist people to connect with the Crisis Resolution Service, or to assist with a referral to a local, government-funded, mental health or addiction service. The Greater Wellington Mental Health and Addiction Service can be contacted on 0800 745 477, via the Whakarongorau Aotearoa contact centre.
